Brick with Amy + 1 mile solo on the treadmill. I was lucky I didn\'t pass out or bust my face while doing 15 incline at 5.5 speed w/no hands! It was equally as torturous as Bikram but fortunately significantly shorter in duration.

Today Henry, I did your staircasing only for 1 minute just to get .5 pt (that\'s all you are asking!) It was hard though coz my bdg\'s stairs are very steeeeeep! Plus I did 4 miles again. Yesterday, that looked hard, so I only attended a yoga class at the university...

Forgot to post my exercises from Saturday to Tuesday. Here it is: Sat 4 miles, Sun (off day), Monday 3 miles (with some arm excercises as I train my new puppy to walk/jog with a leash), Tuesday :45 w/Henry (pure torture following the week of \"my\" exercise pace). Glad you\'re back, Henry!

Thursday: 40 squats with 20 pound weight then 20 squats with 15 pound weight, did some strength training for arms (60 reps, ran on treadmill and jumped on the eliptical for a bit.
