Tuesday PM - 3.5 miles + left arm workout (with puppy and leash training). I\'ll switch to the right arm tonight!
:45 minutes with the All Mighty, Henry! The inclimate weather beat to my evening walk. Guess I\'ll do twice as much tonight!!!
