Tuesday PM - 3.5 miles + left arm workout (with puppy and leash training). I\'ll switch to the right arm tonight!

Okay .. My first blog entry. I meant to put this in all last week. I\'ll get to daily entries. :)

June 2 - training session with Henry

June 3 - training session with Henry, 1hr of Zumba at the Y

June 4 - my own creation work out (i don\'t know if this counts) 20 min on elliptial// 10 push ups, 30 sec plank, oblique crunches - x3

June 6 - another of my own workouts - 30 min elliptical// 30 deadlifts, 30 squats, 20 plies
